How to backup all your Blog Posts

First log in to your blogger dashboard.
Goto settings section and proceed with "Other" option.
At the top of the page under "Blog Tools" heading you will get the "export blog" option. 
Click on the Export blog and you will get the "Download Blog" option.
Click on that and you are done.

You have successfully made a backup of your blog post, and now you can use that on the new blog also, as via import blog option under the "Other" option of "Setting" tab.
